Meatza Pizza

You know how Karl's brother and his wife had their baby two weeks ago? Well, apparently Karl's mom brought them a meal last week. She called it a Meatza. It was a pie tin filled with ground beef (no crust), then a layer of ketchup, then a layer of cheese. She brought two of them, but she forgot the ketchup on one. Classic.

  4. That's right, just a pie tin full of meat with cheese on top. Just sounds delicious, doesn't it? Shannon just told me today that Barb brought over another "meal": a huge zip-lock full of browned ground beef. No, people, I am not making this up. Oh wait I did leave out one important detail of the meatzas. On the one with ketchup, she did half with italian seasoning and half with a few chunks of garlic. And every spot where there was a chunk of garlic, she had inserted a toothpick, and on the toothpicks she had made little flags with mini post-its, and on the post-its, in the tiniest writing you've ever seen in your life (according to Shannon), she had written "Garlic."

  6. Seriously Jake??? She writes a hilarious book and you check it out from the library? I want a signed copy- her signature as well as yours! And also, since when have you been a fan of ground beef and cheese? That's more of my style I would have thought! You are going to love Greece.

P.S. Acer already wrote a book. It was published a few months back!
